Easy interview process in IT industry.
Consists of 3 rounds in total:
1. Online Assessment: Easy assessment with basic aptitude and questions from basic topics. Also have an easy coding section.
2. Technical Interview: Basic knowledge of CS subjects like OOPS, DSA, DBMS etc would work
3. HR: Consider yourself selected after round 2. It's just a brief about you.

I attended through campus recruitment. The process started with an aptitude round, followed by a group discussion. After that, there was a technical interview focused on system design concepts and project-related questions. The final round was HR, covering basic behavioral questions and overall fit.

They asked me to explain my project end-to-end, including the system design, database design, technologies used, challenges faced, and my specific contribution to the project.
Moderate level interview and asked basic java and react questions and some coding questions on both tech stack.It was three rounds of interview 2 technical and 1 managerial round.Interview went smoothly and joined the company with in a week.They mostly prefer immediate joiners.
Drive for backend developer interview process is easy for 4 year experience Level-1, and Level-2 and HR discussion will complete in a day itslef. Questions will asked based on resume and our past work experience
