I have been called for interview with employee referral. Interview process was quite fast and it was not too technical but rather they see your ability and confidence level to work.
They will check more on your problem solving skills and involvement in work.Had one Technical round, peer to peer round through video conferencing(as i was in chennai) and an HR interview.

Good but Czech is mandatory.
Interview was centred around the language skills online. But it was good and friendly- Team lead asking about salary range is bad .. it’s HR’s business
Processus classique en 3 étapes (RH / Manager / Directeur) et une évaluation du niveau en anglais. Les échanges ont été clairs et conviviaux, ce qui rassure sur l’ambiance au sein des équipes.
