I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CGI (New York, NY) in Oct 2014
Interview
I had an on campus and then an in person round of interviews with different types of workers within the company who do a range of different positions from a Functional Federal Employee to a Technical Developer.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CGI in Jun 2026
Interview
In the initial stage interviews are faster when it comes to last stage "UAN" verification its dead slow. After this HR is not responding properly. Initial stage its quite easier to get information.
CGI scheduled the interview for 30 minutes and there was only one interviewer. He initially asked basic questions about background and experience. He explained about the company and was open to questions
Was super laid back and casual, the interviewer was super nice! Still had typical interview questions (describe a time where..., etc) but overall pretty stress-free first-round interview.
Lasted about 40-45 minutes as the interviewer was very conversational as well. Only advice I can give is to be personable and have a conversation.
