I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at CGI (Richmond, VA) in Feb 2014
Interview
A recruiter finds your information online and randomly contacts you. This is your point of contact throughout the process.
1) very lengthy process, potentially 6 months to hire date (I was given a conditional offer)
2) very lengthy and detailed background check
3) easy interview with two managers
4) multiple recruiters will contact you throughout the process
5) drug testing involves an overnight package sent to your house with 24 hours to take off work run all over town to get the task accomplished and send back like mission impossible otherwise, you are disqualified from employment
6) after months of this process, you may find out they have moved on
Interview questions [1]
Question 1

Interview
In the initial stage interviews are faster when it comes to last stage "UAN" verification its dead slow. After this HR is not responding properly. Initial stage its quite easier to get information.
CGI scheduled the interview for 30 minutes and there was only one interviewer. He initially asked basic questions about background and experience. He explained about the company and was open to questions
Was super laid back and casual, the interviewer was super nice! Still had typical interview questions (describe a time where..., etc) but overall pretty stress-free first-round interview.
Lasted about 40-45 minutes as the interviewer was very conversational as well. Only advice I can give is to be personable and have a conversation.
