I applied for the position online and within a day I received an email asking me some screening questions (are you able to work in the US without sponsorship? Are you eligible for government clearance? How much are you willing to travel? etc.). The next day I was asked to schedule a phone interview for that day.

Interview

One phone screen. 2 rounds in person during assessment day. First round with senior HR , second round with Sector VP. Easy interview very nice VP - mostly conversational. 3 weeks between initial on campus info session to receiving offer. Very quick turnaround.

Interview

I met with the recruiter in a college job fair and gave my resume for the position of entry-level business analyst. I got a call in two weeks for scheduling a phone interview. The interview was easy and straight forward and lasted for about 15 minutes. I am waiting for their response.
