CBRE interview questions

Initial cold call to head of project management services for Detroit; opportunity with a financial services client in the Detroit area; interviewed on the phone with the account HR director; on site interview with the account director out of TX. No follow-up communication for weeks from anyone until I called the HR Director to learn the position was filled.

Presented to hiring manager through recruiting firm. Began with an accounting test that you must past in order to be interviewed. I interviewed with one person the first day. Before I got home, I was contacted by my recruiter to schedule a second interview. It was many of the same questions (focused on organization skills, problem solving, management style, career goals, achievements).
