Question 1
What are your forces? What are your talents? What are your do not like in team works?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CAE (Montreal, QC) in May 2023
Interview
I only progressed as far as the recruitment phase. The role came with considerable expectations and required a minimum of 4 years' experience. I was informed that my salary requirements were beyond their scope, which seemed unusual for a position requiring 4+ years of experience. They indicated a salary range of $70-75K, which, interestingly, was my initial compensation package in the industry, inclusive of bonuses, and also my base salary during my second year. I'm uncertain whether this is reflective of a misguided hiring manager or a broader company policy, but either way, it leaves a decidedly negative impression.
