Situational question: 1- In case a customer of the company would like to have its project that is being handle for a soon to come date line but the team that you are part of which is working on the project is not ready to deliver, how will you handle the situation ? 2- What will you do if on the day that the project has to be delivered to a customer, only a part of the project is ready to be deliverd ? how will you handle with the customer ?
