I applied online. I interviewed at Burns & McDonnell (Kansas City, MO) in Dec 2020
Interview
The process was very smooth lasting just about an hour. The first half consisted of an introduction from the interviewer along with background on them and their position. Next was my turn to tell more about myself which was a segway into questions about my resume and background explained before. There were also questions on location preference, greatest achievement, biggest failure, and future goals/visions for my career.

Applied online. The first interview round was video recording. Approximately 11 questions in total with two tries per question. General information and behavioral questions ( What would you do in this situation). I was emailed for a second interview at the Houston Office. Interviewed with 3 people. They asked me more general questions but it was more of a chat back and forth.
