I applied online. I interviewed at Burns & McDonnell
Interview
Recorded video, where questions would pop up and you had a certain amount of time to answer. It was easy to take it with your own time and give yourself breaks.

Interview
First I did a video interview, prerecorded. You get two tries for each question, so if you don't have an answer thought out you can use the first time as a practice or use that time to brainstorm. After that it was a very casual internship experience but I don't think that's usual, because I had a personal connection at the company.
First a one sided interview and then an in person interview with team. Included a personal power point presentation. Very friendly and easy. I enjoyed the experience a lot. No technical questions.
