I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Burns & McDonnell
Interview
Three interviews total. First a pre-recorded interview with basic screening questions. A second virtual interview with members of the team. Lastly a in person interview with more members of the team. The last interview included a presentation about myself. No technical questions, mostly personality based. Overall it was a very quick process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They were very interested in previous project/work experience rather than general schooling.
The interview process includes application screening, an initial HR call, technical and managerial rounds, followed by a final HR discussion and offer. It evaluates skills, communication, and a job fit.

Question 1
Core Electrical Concepts like Machines, Power system and substation.
One online “interview” where it asks questions and you record answers. Then had a 30 minute interview with an HR person where we discussed my interests and resume. Then had a phone call with a senior engineer for around 30 minutes asking about my resume and experience. Seems like they are gauging more about how you are as a person than the technical aspects of engineering.
