Burns & McDonnell interview questions

the process includes an eligibility check, a pre-placement talk, an online aptitude test (webcam required), followed by a technical interview focused on core engineering concepts, and finally an HR interview assessing personality, communication, and fit with company culture.

The interview process included making a 10-15 minute long presentation about myself and my experience, followed by a 45 minute long interview. I was then taken to get lunch with the team to be able to ask questions to them in a more casual setting.
