Burns & McDonnell interview questions

I did an online, self-paced interview where I was asked fairly broad questions about my background and experienced. A couple weeks later I was invited to drive to their HQ in Kansas city where I was interviewed by 3 people. I gave a presentation about myself which lasted about 10 minutes , followed by a 30 minute interview. After that they paid for my lunch and I was accompanied by 2 recent hires from the department that shared with me what it is like working for Burns & McDonnell right after college.

easy, they just asked simple questions you'll have to know what you're going to say before you say it, they are very picky on word choices and how you structure your response
