Burger King Management Trainee interview questions

I attended an open interview that was advertised on craigslist, was granted the job, and before I started even filled out hiring paperwork, the manager who held the interview was gone, and new management came in and asked to interview me again. I do not know if the old manager was fired, quit, or what really happened.

Interview was rushed, all behavioral questions. Strengths and weaknesses.
