The individual conducting the interview is efficient and thorough. I enjoy this and feel as if this method weeds out potentially volatile employees, making for a good work place environment.

The interview process was about as expected. Went in, talked with a manager for 5 minutes, and left. It was simple and not too nerve wracking. They just asked me my available hours, some questions about my past work experience, and if I had reliable transportation.
