I applied online in June and received an email within a few days requesting a phone interview. During the phone interview, she asked some generic questions and told me about the job and it's expectations. From there, I was asked to complete a personality assessment.
Once that was completed, I was given a webcam phone conference with a woman. The first 15 minutes were scenario type questions (if you were in such and such situation, what would you do) and the last 15 minutes were set aside for you to ask questions. Afterwards, she told me I would hear back from someone if I passed to move onto the panel interview.
About an hour later, my recruiter contacted me to tell me I had been pushed through to the next phase. This took about a month and it was with two people in a webcam conference call. It was set up much the same as the first as far as the questions went and I was told that I would be flown down to Miami for my final interview two weeks later, with my flight and hotel paid for.
In Miami, there were about ten of us all interviewing at the same time but we were one of four blocks of candidates flown down. Every person was from another state so no one was actually there at the same time for the same area. They gave us a tour of the building and then each of us went into an interview at staggered times. My interview was with one woman I interviewed with during my panel and someone from the management company in charge of Burger King.
I was told to just be myself and that they just wanted to get to know me a little better. Same format as before with the questions and it didn't last more than 20 minutes. After my background check was completed, I received an offer over the phone about a week and a half later.
