They don't expect much of you, obviously don't have to be a genius to get a job there. It was my first job out of high school and I had no previous experience except for being a camp counsellor. Just be yourself but be friendly. That's the key. No one wants to hire you if you just have a dull look on your face. They'll ask you what position you prefer and if you've had any previous cash experience, although the cash is very easy to learn. They call back not too long after and you have to watch a 10-minute video on how to work everything but it doesn't do much. This job is a lot of trial and error. At least in my BK there were a lot of students working there and the only person who wasn't was our manager. If you possess a willingness to learn and present yourself as a people person, you got the job. It's not the most glamourous job in the world, obviously, but a good stepping stone if you're in high school or just looking for some experience in a working environment.
