I had a phone interview followed by an interview with the hiring manger. I was asked about my educational and career background, and a mix of behavioral and simple technical questions.

Why did you apply to this position?
Other simple questions about laboratory safety, and situational questions (e.g. how you deal with conflicts with coworkers )
I had interview scheduled with them with 1 week of applying for the position but they didn't show up. Waited for them for 35 minutes and sent a follow up reply but no answer from them.

20-25 minutes in-person interview. Asked about previous experiences, skills, and education. Behavioral questions like examples about conflict, time management, quality assurance. Finally, expectation from the manager and work ethics were asked.
