- Hard to identify consistent positives during my time here

Cons

- Management sometimes lacks understanding of the business - HR tends to be reactive, with weak communication during changes and limited follow-through on employee concerns - Limited career progression and unclear growth paths - Safety officer as country chair? Can’t agreed more. - Sending festive emails as a ritual, but why skip Raya email but Vesak? Play colour? Don’t assume please.
