BV have a really high rate of attrition. They are desperate for consultants. Interview was very unprofessional. Talked about them providing a period of adjustment into a new role, but that was complete BS just to get me in. First time they offered me a job I turned them down. About a year later they offered me a job again and I accepted and fully regretted that decision!
