There is only one interview round with Senior teaching assistants (STAs) an TA's manager. The interview focuses on exploring your soft-skills and ability to fit in BC's environment, the result comes in very fast so you do not have to wait long

How would you react if a SEN student hits you? (Special Education Needed student)
First, you will have a Telephone interview, after a while personal interview. The telephone interview is about 40 minutes- 1 hour. If you pass, then they are going to train you. You could have not just only in Berlin, but also in other cities your work place.

Interview
Competency based interview using the STAR format. All questions related to the British Council core values and job description. Two interviewers asked alternate questions, but the whole process was friendly. Stick to STAR responses and you'll be fine.
Interview also required modification of existing lesson plan into something more enjoyable for students. Focus on making it as communicative and fun as possible.
