Boston Consulting Group Senior Associate interview questions

A quick online assessment and 1 min video recording towards the end First Interview was with a consultant, second with a PL and third was with a partner. All took place virtually.

The whole process was made up of four 45 mins interviews which included a ten mins of fit questions, a thirty minute case interview and five mins for questions. The case involved forming a structure to answer a problem and then looking at the ideas around numeracy, creativity and finaly a conclusion.
