Das Vorstellungsgespräch verlief professionell und strukturiert. Zunächst ein kurzes Kennenlernen und Fragen zum Lebenslauf, gefolgt von fachlichen Fragen zu Finanzen und Fallstudien. Anschließend Motivation und Fit-Fragen. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm, das Gespräch anspruchsvoll, aber fair, mit klarem Fokus auf analytisches Denken und Teamfähigkeit.

The process consisted of a behavioral and case interview with a senior consultant. While I appreciated the opportunity, I felt I didn’t get enough time to express my full potential during the case. The style was sharp and fast-paced, and the interviewer directed the conversation heavily, which limited my ability to structure and communicate my thinking. Still, I respect the firm’s standards and professionalism, and I appreciate how the recruiting team followed up after I shared my feedback.
