Booking.com interview questions

Though i didn get past the HR screening stage. The recruiter did not show active interaction. I had to follow up with him via linkedin. It makes candidates feel like a resource and not genuine. it reflects branding to me. he also didn’t show much interest while interviewing making it difficult to share my experience.

I've applied to a Video Collaboration Engineer at Booking and my CV was accepted but after one week i only had received the e-mail with the refusal text informing that we are good but not enough without any call with the HR or nothing. I find strange because i have Linkedin Premium and the AI-powered job assessment tool told that my profile was perfect for the offer but even like that the e-mail with the refusal was received. Does they only accept Cvs from their friends or family? After the CV accepted not even a telephone call with the HR before the e-mail?
