Proceso bastante rápido, solo consta de 2 partes, una primera introducción con recursos humanos y otra junto al manager.
En la segunda parte se te pedirá simular un caso en una llamada. Quieren ver cómo reaccionas frente a alguna situación de estrés y cómo contestas de forma profesional.

Interview
The whole process was tedious and unnecessarily long, The interviewers ask you lots of questions about your previous experiences, but ignore you when you ask specific details about the job or the profile they are looking for. When after about 40 minutes of talking and answering their questions I finally got to ask them what were the KPIs for the role, instead of giving any specifics, they turned it back on me saying, "you probably should be able to tell us what you think they are". Overall I left the interviews exhausted from answering their questions but with no details about the team, their values or the skillset they are after
