Booking.com Content Editor interview questions

First stage interview conducted online and composed of various content based tests. You are given 30 minutes or so to complete various text based and visual tasks. One of which was to create a product description for a hotel profile based on the information I was provided. At the end was a short phone call (role play) with the "manager" of a hotel in order to suggest ideas for how they could improve the profile of their hotel.

The interview was chilled and relaxing, the manager then wanted to know if the personality is fitting the team. And also if I would be able to do sales and am procative and creative. Languages required were local, English and Russian. Interview was in English too. Usually there are 2 people participating in the interviews, but in my case only one was there. Really unstressful and people in the office welcoming and nice. Offered also drinks.
