Bon Appétit Management interview questions

I received a call a month after applying. A manager reached out to me but I missed his call due to a dental appt. He wanted to know if I was still looking for work and left his office and cell number. I called him back two hours later in the same day and left a message. I waited two days and tried again expressing my interest and also tried a week later. After that, I decided it wasn't worth it. If someone who is in a higher position is that rude and unprofessional to return a call or send a rejection email, how is that individual as a manager? I'm not sure if I'd want to work for someone who like that. Perhaps I dodged a bullet. It's unfortunate that employers think it's okay to waste your time and ghost you, yet if a potential employee did the same you'd be dismissed or on the do not hire list.

Recruited first reached out, then flew out to talk to hiring managers. panel of interviewers, good experience. Interviewers asked about previous experience, how to deal with employee and client relations. It took about two weeks for the decision to be made with a job offer.
