Interview
The interview process was based on STAR. These were not hardball questions, and I was not asked to demonstrate a skill. I was asked questions based on scenarios, questions revolving around clarifying experience listed in my resume, etc. They also encouraged me to ask them questions during the interview. It was a phone interview with about 5 others on the line, however the technical lead of the team I was interviewing for asked most of the questions.

7-10 behavioral questions about team work and analytical abilities. STAR format. Very nice people. Very comfortable and lasted about 1 hour. Received feedback right after and was told how many people they were interviewing.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Boeing (Renton, WA) in Jul 2011
Interview
Met with the manager and some of the group leads that you'll eventually be working with. Sat panel style, being asked the routine 5-7 questions that Boeing ask.
They want to see your demeanor and how well you'll fit in with the leads. Be friendly and courteous. Be your happier self but be yourself nonetheless; use humor sparingly.
