The process began with discussion about the role, and then transitional to a very traditional STAR interview with 4 to 5 questions, with time at the end for questions. It was very seamless and not super difficult.

Interview
BLUF: Good physical interview, bad recruiter
The Initial process moved quickly, and I had a pleasant experience during the interview with the team. I believed the interview went well and at the end they asked me to forward my portfolio to the recruiter who initially reached out to me. I promptly sent my portfolio and asked the recruiter if there was anything else I could provide to please let me know. Given my background in sensitive professional environments, I do not have as abundant of a portfolio as others may have. At their request, I was willing to sanitize certain business confidential products that I had developed to show them my professional talents.
Three weeks went by, and even after sending three follow-up emails and phone calls, the recruiter did not once respond to me. I still have no way of knowing if he ever forwarded my portfolio to the interview team. I even reached out to him (as he was my only point of contact), to see if I could forward some additional portfolio material that were specific to the job I was interviewing for, but again, no response. After three weeks of radio silence, I received my rejection letter.
I do not have any real complaints with the interview team, but I do feel that I was not properly represented by the recruiter who was supposed to liaison communications between the team and myself.
