I did this and was asked to fill out the Online Application. The next day I went back in with a 2nd resume and The GM proceeded to have a quick interview which went sucessfull. I was then Scheduled to meet his boss and from there was hired:) Smile! Be honest and positive!.

the interview process was a series of personal interviews 1st manager interview, then store manager interview then district manager interview then job offer, however upon hearing how much their initial offer was to me i was very upset and discouraged they offerd me $10.50 an hour with many years of experience under my belt, i at first declined their offer and later that day they called and increased the offer to $11 an hour i still thought this through but in the end i accepted the offer after they promised to increase my pay after i proved my worth.
