3 steps: talent acquisition, hiring manager, onsite meeting with job talk and several 2:1 interviews with one scientist and one person from leadership team. Lasted half day. This then was followed up with final meeting with HR who emphasized that the hiring manager does not make final decision who is hired but it’s made by the collective team.
