Easy and to the point but not so qualified persons that made the interview as they didn't tackle development questions to ensure a good candidate mindset, however they were decent and polite
The interview process was straightforward with no tricky questions. Make sure you answer the questions in a STAR format and provide plenty of examples to back up your stories. And the entire interview process was quick. The recruiter I worked with was nice.

Tell me about yourself that brought you here today.
I interviewed for 2 positions with Bayer and was ghosted both times after the second interview. I never received a “thanks but no thanks” email or any communication from the hiring manager.
Their dynamic shared ownership model seems chaotic and unorganized. I feel thankful
I did not get an offer here.
