1 paper and 5 interviews among which 2 panels After having gone through all those interviews, I have not even been informed of the outcome. Wrote back to them 5 weeks or so after the last interview when got informed that they selected someone else. I came to know later that this someone else actually received the proposal and started while I had not finished my interviews. Lack of transparency and no clearcut message on why selecting for a candidate who was not fully matching the requirements. Interviewers were very fine people. But the overall process is poorly managed, lack of coherence, gives a very very bad idea about the institution in spite of all the communication made around ESG.
