Once you pass the online assessment, you have a behavioral interview to share your previous experience, followed by three case studies, each one of which given by a different person, related to management consulting.

Before the invitation to the assessment day is sent out, an analytical test has to be performed. After the successful completion of the analytical test, the interviewday consisted of four individual interviews. 1. Personal fit/CV Screening 2. Roleplay with the interviewer 3. Classical Case Study 4. Presentation Case aka. stress situation
