Bath & Body Works interview questions

I simply walked into the store, applied and received a call later that day to come in for a group interview. Within the same week I was offered a job and accepted! The energy is great--I actually enjoy coming into work!

I had an interview at the store and when i walked in, they told me to just look around because other people were showing up to. Basically we just walked around and then they gathered us together. Then, we had to grab a product in the store and sell it to a "customer". The customer was the manager, and you had to go up to the manager and just pretend you worked there. It would have been a little nerve-wracking, but i had worked for bath and body works two years before so i knew we would have to do that. They questions they asked were "what was your most rewarding experience" and 3 words to describe yourself, what did you like least and best about your old job, things like that. You are in a group in the back answering these questions all together.
