Interview
Walked in, submitted application, then the following week got called for a group interview. Went to the store for the interview, and there were three others in the group. We sat in a back room in a semi-circle and were asked pretty standard questions. Didn't last more than an hour.
They do like it when you bring a product with you from the store, so you can "sell" it to them.

Interview
I turned in my paper application in person and received a call about 2 weeks later for an interview. It was a group interview with me and 4 other interviewers. We went to the food court and introduced ourselves. The questions were pretty basic. What is your favorite Bath and Body Works? What is good and bad customer service. Ect. After it was over she thanked us and told us we should receive a call within 2 weeks. I got a call 10 days later and got the job.
