Barclays interview questions

It was quite quick. One call with HR. Then one call with dev to test programming skills with IDE of your choosing. Then another call to pick between two projects.

The interview started with the interviewer introducing himself and reviewing my resume. Then I was asked to introduce myself, how I got to know about Barclays and asked questions related to my technical skill set and general concepts relating to OOPS and OS. Then I was asked one situational question - what would you do if you had disagreement with your colleague, to which I replied that I would try to resolve it with him privately. Lastly I was asked about the values of Barclays. At the end, he asked if I had any questions to which I asked regarding the role offered and the required skills.
