Barclays interview questions

Cv and pre screening procedures Online tests - involved maths, non verbal, competency and values 1-1 interview online 45 minutes AC (online) - role play, 1hr behavioural interview All straight forward, behavioural and motivational questions, no commercial or technical questions asked

1) 1st round HR Screening - where they asked for the experience,current salary, expected salary 2) Technical round - With onshore and offshore manager/ team, it was positive 3) HR called and asked to share the salary slip, offer letter, increment letter of past 2 years, pan card, passport I shared everything with HR and I thought they will release offer letter or for hr discussion and after 3-4 days I got email that I have not selected. This was very unprofessional behaviour by Barclays HR. If they have already asked my expected salary in 1st round and they do t have budget they should not proceed for next level of round, I feel Accenture is far better than Barclays they have systematic recruitment process and no one HR ask your doc over the email, they ask to upload in the portal and they verify. Very disappointed behaviour by Barclays HR, never expected this behaviour by Barclays.
