Barclays interview questions

Attended their Spring Week, second day was an interview. First interview was where 1h case study involving valuation with one interviewer Second interview was where two interviewers asking behavioural/competency questions.

Multistage interview focused on assessing functional, technical, communication and leadership skills. With emphasis on past experience question probing the situations, actions and results, candidate contribution towards overall success. Candidate with relevant expertise and experience are preferred.
