With emphasis on past experience question probing the situations, actions and results, candidate contribution towards overall success. Candidate with relevant expertise and experience are preferred.

Painfully slow, bad communication, unreliable and unexplained demands for experience in niche areas, ads for roles continue to run even after they are filled. Jobs re-advertised and HR not proactive.
