Barclays interview questions

First round was written test. It was java written test and c# bloke came in the end. He had printed some java Q & A and was asking looking at it. He himself was embarassed when I said something which is not printed in his answer sheet.. Anyway I cleared the test and was called for second round. Second round was more horrible. Hiring manager started from my pre university days. Questions like why do you like IT and project you did in uni ( I left uni like 7 years ago ) and all that stuff for two hours ! Exhausted towards the end. Finally they rejected stating I dont have enough exposure.

The phone interviewer from HR department was very nice. All behavioral questions and lasted about 20 minutes. The accessment centre lasted for a half day, which consists of 1 to 1 interviews, case study and a group discussion of prioritzing things. The culture there is friendly. The feedback from the AC is helpful.
