Interview
After applying online and taking a personality test a recruiter called me a week later and interviewed me over the phone. She asked about my past sales experience. My duties and responsibilities in those positions. She then asked me about my availability. Afterwards, she offered me an appointment for a group interview. The Group interview consisted of 10 -12 people. The Recruiter asked questions and everyone took turns answering the question. Afterwards there was a sales challenge, you pick out an object from a bag and try to sell it.

Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
