Baker McKenzie Associate interview questions

Hiring process was swift. Applied 2 days after the job was posted, given an interview 2 days later. The interview was with 2 principals and lasted 1.5 hours - very thorough and detailed. Was asked to speak with a colleague in the same team the day after. Offered the position the next day. The whole process took 4 days, and was given 3 working days to consider the offer (during which the principal and HR called to share more about the role and package). Lawyers and HR were helpful and genuine. A very positive experience.

I had three rounds of interviews, first with the partners, then with the associates, then with HR. Interviews were held online. Very friendly, thorough and straight forward process. There were no checklist questions, in each case it was more of a developing conversation.
