Interview
Non-professional. It is weird and discourteous to not respond about the status of an applicant after three sessions of interview with recruiters, HR and team! The second person called from HR did not even now about the basic requirements of job, she could not even read them from the text in front of her.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Not any behavioral question, so many very specific questions regarding adhesives and coatings.
Said I wasn’t qualified for an entry level position when I had more years than required. They where slow to get back to me and would say I’d be a fit for a lower level.
Offline tests (approximately 1 hour)
Telephone interview (approximately 20 minutes)
In-person interview (approximately 6 hours)
The position wasn’t a perfect fit for me, so I didn’t receive an offer. However, everyone was very professional, and I really liked the organization.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BASF (Gante) in Dec 2023
Interview
2 rounds of interviews, first interview was easy with some of general question related to Human resources.
The second round was more difficult. There are 5 people in the room with a lot of brain burning questions. They requires much experiences and knowledge on that field.
