The tech round was more towards AWS Managerial Round was bit tricky The problem starts with HR. They have lousy, pathetic HR's. Ever after each round going excellently well i was not getting proper updates, it used to be after 5 days that HR mails interview went well and will schedule for next round. The schedule never used to reach for next 1 week. I understand there are many ppl involved in interview but if you are not serious in hiring the candidates dont waste their time. After the team fit round HR took a couple of weeks to inform me that i was not through the interview and appreciated me for my patience. Guys atleast have a basic courtesy on informing what did i lack, Till team fit every one loved me and after team fit i was just upright rejected. 8 hours of interview and there was literally no learning apart from knowing it wasnt a company which values candidates and their time.
