I applied online. I interviewed at Autodesk (Denver, CO) in May 2024
Interview
The interview process was pretty simple. First I did a virtual interview, then I interviewed with a recruiter, and finally I interviewed with the would be manager. In a nutshell SaaS interviews don't make sense to me. In my final interview the manager said with my skills, experience, and knowledgre of Fusion I would be a great addition to the team. Then like a lousy prospect he didn't respond to my follow up, I had to go back to the recruiter to get an answer 2 weeks later that was a no despite his starling review of me as a salesperson. He also said I had a lot of knowledge of Fusion, much more than he did when he started, but whatever.
Update:
A month later and they still have this position posted on LinkedIn.... But I would be a great fit.....
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Autodesk (Bengaluru) in Apr 2024
Interview
It was very long, multiple rounds with no clear agenda. 4th round happened after 3 months gap which is highly unprofessional. Otherwise the actual interviews were alright. The questions were simple enough and nothing complex.
Entrevista en inglés con recursos humanos y jefe de departamento de ventas. Online, muy agradables, preguntas fáciles y esperadas. Los dos se aseguraron de que había investigado la empresa anteriormente.
