Autodesk interview questions

The interview process was very easy, asked a few behavioural questions and they wanted to know about my design process, went over the portfolio. Very nice company, got to learn a lot of things.

What interview? I applied through internal referral, post which I heard nothing for upto a month. After repeated follow-ups with the recruiter, finally I got a call-back for the screening round. With almost 90% of my skills and present responsibilities matching the job description, I was rejected after a 10-minute screening call. Also, the rejection mail came after weeks of this. Autodesk has such great reviews as a fantastic place to work, but the interviewing process and the recruitment team/process is terrible! Now, even after almost 3 months, the position is still open! Overall, a terrible experience!
