I applied online. I interviewed at Autodesk in Oct 2024
Interview
Everyone I’ve interacted with has been really nice. I’ve had about two interviews with the recruiter and hiring managers, and now I’m heading into the final round, but I’m unsure about the technical aspects.

Tell me about a past experience of you conducting AB testing
The interview process was very easy, asked a few behavioural questions and they wanted to know about my design process, went over the portfolio. Very nice company, got to learn a lot of things.
What interview? I applied through internal referral, post which I heard nothing for upto a month. After repeated follow-ups with the recruiter, finally I got a call-back for the screening round. With almost 90% of my skills and present responsibilities matching the job description, I was rejected after a 10-minute screening call.
Also, the rejection mail came after weeks of this.
Autodesk has such great reviews as a fantastic place to work, but the interviewing process and the recruitment team/process is terrible! Now, even after almost 3 months, the position is still open!
Overall, a terrible experience!
