Recruiter interview followed by panel interview. Recruiter interview was generic and then passed onto panel interview. Panel Interview was a big red flag when one of the tech interviewers was very quiet till a point and then asked randomn technical question. Manager looked bored and disinterested. Questions were very generic. Was interested in my experience not related to this role. So probably fishing for free information. I would advise candidates to be very wary. Surprising ending is the rejection email that came few hours after the interview. That was the icing on the cake.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Autodesk in Jan 2025
Interview
The recruiter was really transparent about how many interviews I would have to complete and I was kept fully in the loop every step of the way. I liked the scheduling website they have where you can just enter all of your availability on the calendar then they email you a time to confirm to prevent useless back and forth emails about scheduling. I thought the interviews were really related to what the job function would actually be, no weird IQ or logic tests, and all the interviewers were great at answering any questions I had. Thank you Autodesk for your high standards and for treating candidates with respect for their time!
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Autodesk (Mumbai) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview process included questions about my past projects, experience, interests, and future career plans. It was of average difficulty, with a focus on my long-term goals and industry knowledge.
