I applied online. I interviewed at Autodesk (San Rafael, CA) in May 2016
Interview
Initial call was made by the HR. First round of interview was directly from the hiring manager. He sounded very polite and respected your thoughts.
After which was a complete technical round by 3-4 people, who were completely aware of what they were asking and what is needed in a person who was supposed to be there.
Then there was a third round scheduled with the Senior Director, with Autodesk. She personally took each candidate who would be hired in her stream.
She made me soo comfortable. She took a note of all the things I spoke, where felt very good as my thoughts are respected by such a senior person.
She right away said I was fabulous!!!

Application
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Autodesk (Farnborough, Hampshire, South East England, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
20min presentation followed by 40min Q&A. Very disappointing after a lot of research & prep that I was never contacted again even to reject my application after I attended interview.
Good HR is good PR! As an HR professional I pride myself on giving constructive feedback to all candidates and ensure EVERY interview is followed up. Left me with a less than positive impression of Autodesk.
The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Autodesk (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Recruiter and HR were awesome. A senior program manager who interviewed me during the final round was extremely unprofessional. Late for 30min and never say a sorry, simply start asking questions unrelated to the job. Have never seen a manager level interviewer with no respect like this. Got the offer and finally decided to reject.
