I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Autodesk in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview itself was pretty decent which is the highlight of this review. The communication was some of the worse I've experienced in my career. It took the recruiter a week to get back to me to schedule with the hiring manager.
The interview with the hiring manager was filled with questions right off my resume. I was left with very little time at the end to ask my questions and I felt rushed.
I didn't hear back from the recruiter again until I reached out twice. She let me know that the hiring manager was busy but they're still excited and wanted to schedule another round with me ASAP.
After another week had gone by, I received a rejection letter at 2:30 AM in the morning with no feedback.
Terribly unprofessional from this company.
